Bonjour!
This is my first attempt at blogging so we'll see how it goes. I have been in Paris for over a week now, and I still can't believe that I LIVE HERE! I have to remind myself that I am not here on a mini vacation, but that I actually have an apartment for 4 months. It's such a crazy notion. Classes just started this week so I don't really know too much about what we will be doing but I like them so far. Yesterday I went to the Centre Pompidou before class. Our school is located in the Marais which is an awesome cultural hotspot which makes breaks before and after class really enjoyable. Today my art history class met up at the Louvre, and then afterwards a few of us went to lunch in the area at a pleasant cafe. Tomorrow my roommates and I are planning a day trip to Versailles which I am really excited about. I can't wait to see the palace and the gardens! That's all for now, I'll be sure to do a weekend update.
